Listeners and Reporting

Hi everybody

I have 2 inbound and 2 outbound listeners on my ironport.

Now I'd like to have seperate statistics (incoming and outgoing reports) for each listener. Is that possible?

Or can I prevent mails from one listener flowing into statistics?

HI Chris,

Unfortunately reports doesn't include 'Listeners' but you can pull the reports based on 'Sender Groups'. So if you have inbound and outbound listeners configured separately than this report should provide you the required numbers.

Thanks for your reply!

I'm routing some of my mails through my ironport twice: first through an external listener, then to an external mail decryption solution, and from there back through an internal listener on the same ironport appliance (for an additional content check after decryption). All these mails do now count twice in reports.

There seems to be no solution to avoid this, even if I'm using Sender Group reports?
