Marketing Emails

I need to know why some emails are getting flagged as "Marketing Emails" and others from the same discussion post are not? It is our Company discussion forumn that is hosted outside the network. Some of the emails get flagged and some don't. I would like to be able to figure it out so that we can change the way they go out, so that none of them get flagged. Thanks in advance.

Hey Drew,

Unfortunately we cannot provide all the rules which may be matching to tag these emails as such. however i would suggest to open a TAC case with Cisco and provide the samples being tagged so we can escalate it forward and see what we can share to assist you with finding the associated behaviour that may be corrected on your side.
