Hi,
Our client has a C160. the problem is that the mails of marketing campaigns that his suppliers send are directly dropped by the appliance.
He added the domain name of his suppliers in the whitelist of sendergroup (HAT), but it's still not working.
is there another procedure to even address this issue ?
Best regards

Check Mail Policies/Incoming Policies
Check the policies that apply to the inbound mail and make sure Enable Marketing Email Scanning is off.
.
HAT lets them talk to your Ironport and hand you a piece of mail, the security stuff still gets to look at the mail...

you may try to check first from the logs of the ironport so that you could have idea how and what's cause why it is stuck of blocked from the ironport or it may be went thru but it might be block from your exchange edge transport or your policy based exchange might not from the ironport.
review the logs.
