From the GUI you can look at system capacity reports and from the CLI you can review status detail command and RAM utilisation would be shown at the end of the output. Displayalerts to check if there are such alerts reported by the device itself.
Status logs on ESA (though its sorta unformatted output), has RamUtil, SwapIn, Swapout values that highlights memory utilization
