Hi support,

We have issue that users not able to sent an email to one domain.There is no delivery failure message  received by sender.Below is the logs in message tracking and detail message tracking log attached

Hi Asim,

The message tracking shows a delivery connection was successfully created with the destination server (213.199.154.23) and the email was confirmed as accepted by that server.

There were no errors logged and no bounce message provided by that server, hence we cannot comment on what happened beyond that server.

The recipient domain would need to investigate on the mentioned server as to what action was taken on the email beyond that point.
