Hi,
We have observed strange issue with message tracking service on our Ironport Aplliance. When we access message tracking It says
"Could not establish connection to Message Tracking service."
What could be the issue? in the trackerd logs it say's
Mon Oct 8 15:02:49 2012 Info: Tracking parser started
Mon Oct 8 15:02:49 2012 Info: Tracking parser connection refused; service may be down
Is there any message tracking Service that needs to be started manually?
I have yet to find a way to restart individual services myself. Your choices, as far as I know, are to call tech support and have them do it, or reboot.
