We are finding that in Outlook (Office 365) we install the plugin, verify the encrypt button works and send an encrypted message although the recipient is getting the message completely UNENCRYPTED. Is this a known issue? Is there a different pluging for Office 365 users? We replicated it on multiple systems. Thank you

Can you confirm which mode you are using the plugin in? Flag or desktop encryption.
If it is set to flag encryption we will need to verify the message tracking for the emails to see if they hit the filter configured to encrypt the email.
