MFC unable to fetch logs

do u have resolution on this?

An error has occured:

'SID 1 Failed to retrieve list of log files for mail_logs: (10053, 'Software caused connection abort')'

I would recommend checking the network interfaces on the Ironport appliance and verifying that the NICs are set to 100/1000 full-duplex. Duplex mismatch can cause network error when attempting to fetch mail logs.
