Please provide suggestions on migration from On-premises to cloud solution for both ESA and SMA (Implementation).

Hi,
I do not think there is a ready tool to automatically migrate customer from ESA to CES, however our Operations team can support this migration once you have purchased CES.
Since both ESA & CES actually have the same SW, migrating from ESA to CES should be easy in regards to moving the existing configuration over.
Please get in touch with your Cisco reseller and they will assist you with the resources required.

Hello,
Before migration you will need to make a backup of your current configuration and make sure the password option for mask password is not selected. Once backed up, both the on-premises appliance and cloud solution needs to be running on the same ASyncOS. If they are not compatible, the configuration has to be done manually on the new CES appliance.

Hello,
When you purchase a CES appliance you will work with an activations engineer who will assist with migrating your configuration over and basic setup. You can speak with your Account and/or Sales teams to obtain further info on the process.
