Multiple ( redundant ISP's)

We are in a process of having multiple ISP's . Our Public DNS for mail is currently hosted by AT&T and the second ISP being Verizon

Our networking team will terminate both the ISP's to a device from Radware.

How does one handle a multiple ISP scenario for the email infrastructure ( eg. MX and A records ) ???

This all depends on how you're using your ISPs. If you have your own, portable IP address space, then multiple ISPs isn't any different than just one. But if you're using non-portable IP addresses assigned by your ISPs, then it gets tricky and you'd probably be better off with someone who understands your situation helping you.
