No System administration -> Alerting

I wish to setup email notifications for my email security, however I do not have the option  

System Administation -> Alerting 

in either my SMA or ESA

 

Neither do I have package capture in support!

This is because you are using Cloud Email Security appliance (CES). For CES appliance, there is a dedicated team which monitors your appliances and will reach out to you via Cisco TAC to alert you about any issues on your appliances. However, if you still require your email-ids to be configured on your CES appliance you can reach out to Cisco TAC support and open a case for adding your email-ids to the CES appliances.

Similarly, you can take packet captures on CES appliances only with Administrator roles and hence for the same you can reach out to Cisco TAC for assisting with the packet captures as well.
