I am running a trial for Cisco e-mail thread defense.
I have no SEG and I connected the product to my Microsoft 365.
I can see all the e-mail messages but I'm not getting a verdict.
The policy is configured correctly but still, something is not.
Also the read-write permissions are working because from the interface I can remediate messages
