Hi,
In Cisco ESA i am able to see mails delivered to user from example@xyz.com, but in his mail box sender domain showing different example@abc.com, same i have checked with exchange team to know the sender domain but in exchange server also it is showing example@abc.com.
I am not able to understand how come domain name changing after ESA (Ironport). Please help

Yep, that's very typcial of mail from lists...
In Outlook open the message, click on File/Properties, and you'll see a box labled "Internet Headers". I usually copy that out and paste it to Notepad to make it easier to read...
You'll find that there are different addresses in the vairous headers.
This is NORMAL for some types of list mail.

"Envelope-from" and "From" and "Reply To" can all be different.
You may be seeing "Envelope-from" in the ESA, but Outlook is displaying "From:"

I am agree with you, but MX record is also showing different for both sender mail IDs.
ESA is showing mails from techg@bounce.indiatimes.com and user receiving from newsletter@etretail.com.
