Problems receiving emails with reputation-neutral

Hello Team,

 

Firstly, Thanks for your time.

 

We are having problems to receive emails from some domains. (It is random).

When we analyze the domains, we see that it isn't in blacklist and its reputation is neutral.

 

Our next step is add this domains to our whitlist (inside HAT) and the issue is solved.

 

Please, Do you know the cause of why it happens?. (Maybe DMARC).

How could I solve? (without adding the domains in the white list)

Hello,

 

Would you be able to provide a copy of the mail_logs and/or message tracking that shows the rejection of these emails? An NDR perhaps? It would make it much easier to confirm why they may have not gotten through.
