Rate Limit for Envelope

Hi,

We have the "Rate Limit for Envelope Senders" alert set up on ESA for outgoing emails and all ESA admins receive them when triggered. I was wondering if there is a way generate an automatic email to the offender at the same time asking him to explain the reasons for the spike of emails. Right now we have to follow up manually.

Alerts can only be sent to the specified recipient addresses, cannot be sent to anyone else.

Are there any APIs on SNMP traps that you could use to use other tools?

What does is it mean "Would paste one such alert?"

For the SNMP we got only what is available through the MIB here:

Not sure, if this is included.

Sorry for digging up an old thread, but could you detail how you set up this alert? I want to implement an alert rather than having to trawl through the logs. Thank you!
