RCPT-TO includes also CC field?

Hey guys,

Does RCPT-TO field also contains the CC field? I was hopping to exclude those, because RCPT-TO should be only the recipient and not the users in CC.

ESA lists and treats all recipients including cc and bcc as rcpt-to, this would be required by email administrators.

Since end users do not have access to message tracking or mail_logs these recipients are not visible to them.
