Can you post what error you getting? what model ? what code running, what is your procedure of renew license ?
there are 2 options for renewing the License, if the License tag is to SR number of the device, check and click the latest feature keys, it automatically installs it.
or you can download feature keys and manually install them on the device, both work as expected.
