Is there a quick and easy way to deny specific users access to their quarantine. I have some users who we don't want them releasing their email from quarantine or even logging into their quarantine. Just a general thought but you could restrict user access based on the rights you give to the Ironport LDAP authentication for a specific group. In your LDAP query settings under System Administration -> LDAP. So you could create a group that you added only the users that could access their SPAM quarantine. They will still get their notifications but not be able to respond. You would reference
(&(memberOf={g}) where g is the group name.
How would that actually look?
