Retrospective Verdict Email not Found in Tracking

Hello,

Occasionally we will get the Retrospective verdict received emails from our IronPort C300V. However, sometimes when we copy and paste the SHA256 hash in to the message tracking to have a closer look at the message, it comes back as not found. Is there a reason for this? Has the message been completely erased from the system?

Let me have a look the next time I get one.

 

My understanding is that it should at least still be recorded in message tracking but removed from the O365 tenant.
