Safelist Graymail

I sent email from box.com, that contain links to download file (like dropbox) but it goes to Spam Quarantine, it seems detected as a Graymail.

I already added mailer.box.com and box.com domain in the Safelist, but the mail still detected as a spam. Below is the screenshoot of the message details.

Please help me to sort out this issue? Thanks.

Which version of AsyncOS is your appliance running?  There are several fixes included in 9.7.1-066, of which, one that corrects similar issues w/ graymail.

It's 9.7.0-125. Thanks for information, it seems the AsyncOS need to be upgraded.
