We are running Cisco IronPort AsyncOS 9.8.0 and there is integration with active directory.
I can send spam notification mails to all users or to specific LDAP group of users and the spam notification mails contain View All Quarantined Messages link and the configured users can access this link to see the all quarantined messages and be able to release any one of them.
I need to send the spam notification mails to all users and need that the spam notification mails contain View All Quarantined Messages link but I need specific LDAP group of users be able to access this link.
In other words I need Sending Spam notification mails to all users with restriction in accessing View All Quarantined Messages link to specific LDAP group so this specific LDAP group will be able to release the quarantined messages.

Hi,
The spam notifications and spam end user authentication can be controlled by two separate LDAP queries.
This query is configured under System Administration -> LDAP -> Spam Quarantine End-User Authentication Query
The query can then be called under Monitor -> Spam Quarantine (as per attached screenshot).
Thanks

Hi Libin,
Thank you for your replay.
I need to know it is possible to notify all users and in the same time only specific group of users will be able to access the quarantine messages?
Thanks

Hi Mohamed,
Yes, for spam notifications you can select "Notify To: All Users".
Authentication would continue using the LDAP query assigned to it for access to the spam quarantine to limit group of users.
Thanks

Hi Libin
Thank you for you support.
In reference to your replay, should I select "Notify To: All Users" and at the same time under System Administration -> LDAP -> Spam Quarantine End-User Authentication Query should I configure the required group without any other changes to be able to notify all users and at the same time only the configured group of users will be able to access the quarantine messages?
Thanks
