SMTP AUTH "policy ignoring authentication denial" in Message Tracking

Hello,

we have configured SMTP AUTH, which is working successfully . But within the message Tracking I can find following line, which confuses me.

  • (ICID xxxxxx) SMTP authentication disallowed for user: X-USERNAME with profile: XXX-SMTP-Forward... policy ignoring authentication denial
  • (ICID xxxxxx) SMTP authentication succeeded for user X-USERNAME using AUTH mechanism LOGIN with profile GZH-SMTP-Forward.

Is there any configuration I need to take care of to get rid of the first line? I even can't figure out where this is coming from and which configuration has to be changed.

I do also see the same issue and this started for us post we rebooted our appliances.

disallowed for user: XXXX with profile: XXX-AUTH-PROFILE... policy ignoring authentication denial

I have a case open with cisco TAC but unable to identify the cause here as this is intermittent issue.
