Hi,
i'm facing a strange behaviour...
let me explain :
mail sent from "A" to both "B" and "C" go to quarantine because it's spam suspected ( and this is fine ).
The problem is this :
If "B" access his quarantine and release the mail, he release it from "C" too,and after this "C" is not able to see the mail in his quarantine because it's delivered to his address.
This is a problem..because if A sends a mail to 50 recipients..and only one release it for a mistake..everyone will receive it.
Is this a normal behaviour or there is a problem?
My Esa is Cisco C670 with Version: 9.7.1-066 ,instead IPM M660 (used as external quarantine ) has Version: 9.1.1-005.
Thx !

Do you have message tracking that you could share for this example?
On the ESA > SMA --- you need to upgrade the SMA in order to match compatibility for ESA 9.7 and SMA needs to be at least 9.5.2...

Hi,you've got a point!
I've just updated my SMA to the last version avaible for x60 hardware (SMA 9.1.2)and now it' works like a charm.
A send mail with two recipient : B & C
Both can see the mail in each quarantine.
B has released it ,C doesn't:
B can find it in his own e-mail
C has it in his own quarantine.
It seems solved.
I'll try later with an alias, but I think it's done.

Super! (There are always little nuisances such as this when it falls out of compatibility!)
