Transfer configuration file from C350 to C170

Hi,

I'm changing an old Ironport C350 for an Email Security Appliance C170. Both have AsyncOS 7.6. I tried to get the config file from C350 and load it into the C170 but mark an dns error, about a time out. My question is, What's the correct process to transfer configurations? Thanks for your time!

Hello Rogelio,

is it possible that the configuration file was safed from a cluster appliance? Or using different builds of 7.6? You can check this by opening the xml file in a text editor, check the version stated with the one of your new C170, and also search for the word "cluster".
