Unable to receive end user quarantine notification from SMA

Hi 

We have configured end user spam quarantine and notification for the users. However we have recently noticed that the notification as well as the mails that are released from Spam quarantine by logging into the appliances are not getting delivered. While we look at mail_logs, the following error message appeared. Any clue. The appliance is M680 and version is 10.1.0-052

Mon Oct 16 16:09:35 2017 Info: Connection Error: DCID: 127723 domain: the.euq.release.queue IP: 127.27.11.50 port: 25 details: [Errno 49] Can't assign requested address interface: xx.xx.xx.xx reason: network error

Hi,

 

 The error suggests the IP interface to be used for delivering emails is not available.

 

This could be due to a configuration issue or a network error.

 

You could check "deliveryconfig" to validate what delivery interface is configured.

 

You can also attempt to telnet to 127.27.11.50 over port 25 from the interface seen in the error message.
