When enabling URL Filtering, will this be used by the Anti-Spam engine to catch additional spam based on url reputation, or does it only work with Outbreak filters and any custom content filters created?

URL filtering does not have any tie-in with Anti-Spam.
URL filtering allows you to take action against URLs which reputation would fall into Malicious, Suspicious, or Clean scoring - and then take action as you wish.

Hello Michael,
Anti-spam will scan the entire contents of the emails with it's scanning algorithm to match it accordingly, IE: if there is a suspicious link it will be considered to the spam scoring, but i believe it will not drop the email simply on a link at the spam engine level.
URL filtering will look at the link and only the link (using custom content/message filters) to action it accordingly to allow more customization for dropping of emails based on URL reputation/category.
Outbreak filters URL rewrites are based on the adaptive outbreak filter rules.
Regards,
Matthew

Does Anti-Spam do anything differently with URL Filtering enabled or not?
Is URL filtering simply to see reporting on urls and to make content filters yourself?
