Using FTP at a Cisco Cloud Gateway

Hello, I want to enable FTP at a Cisco Cloud Gateway. But I'm missing the menu item IP-Interfaces at the Network setting. Is there another way to enable FTP?

I think you have to open a TAC case to get that turned on.

As a customer you will not have visibility to interface settings on your cloud instances.

We recommend using SCP over FTP (security) and when you reach out to TAC, you may be suggested using SCP instead.

TAC will help you setup the necessary access and then you can use scp or pscp (windows) operations to transfer files between your machine and Cloud ESA(s)
