Hi, we discovered that after upgrade of our SMA (M100V) from 10.2.x to 11.0.0.115 that the VEEAM backup, that was working on version 10, is now failing in version 11.
It seems that something is missing in the upgraded appliance operating system that no longer supports the VEEAM backup.
Since the underlying OS isn't accessible we cannot add VMware Tools ourselves...
Any ideas on how to solve this problem?

Hi,
What is the error seen when the backup fails?
Does the error point to any missing component?

We have tried different setting in VEEAM and no valid backup so far, it seems that the version 11.x does not contain the Vmware Tools needed to make a successful and usable backup.
In Version 10.x backup worked so it seems tha t the Tools were included...
