The Email Security Appliances - ESA devices, included in this order, will be grouped under a single Threat Grid Cloud account which will be created by Threat Grid Provisioning team.
In order for Threat Grid Provisioning team to be able to assist, please provide us the File Analysis Client IDs, in a text format, by email to tg-provisioning@cisco.com.
