Hi guys, can you help me how would be better to configure filtering for outgoing mail on one listener (Public, one IP interface) or on two listeners (Public and Private, two IP interface)?

Really depends on the amount of mail you are receiving. I have many large organizations that use a single listener for incoming/outgoing mail and have multiple policies in place to control email. Take a look at your network and it's segmentation. In most cases a single ethernet interface in a DMZ with 1 listener is sufficient.
