While browsing it can't connect ESA with domain name

Hi,

When i try to browse ESA with domain name it is not get connected. But when i put ip address then the ESA login page appeared and we can login. what can be the issue?

Did you create a dns name pointed at the IP of the management interface in your DNS server?

Do we have to do anything on ESA? Or just need to dns name pointed  on DNS server?

I have to check that on sunday as i don't have access right now. Can you share how to configurate this?
