AMP: Disabling DFC and TETRA on Servers

Hello all,

I'm under the impression that if installing the AMP connector on a Windows server, we should disable DFC and TETRA.

Can anybody point me at an up-to-date document or web page that shows this recommendation?

Many thanks in advance,

Matt.

Matt,

The Deployment Strategy Guide used to advise against deploying AMP with DFC and TETRA enabled to servers.  Due to improvements in those over the last few years the verbiage has changed to "WARNING! Running DFC/TETRA on a server without testing and proper Exclusions could significantly impact performance.".  So we don't recommend against it any longer, just recommend that you perform appropriate testing before deploying it widespread in any environment.

Hope that helps!
