When you run the Cloud Migration Tool, the URLs in your policies will be updated from legacy sourcefire.com to cisco.com. You can find the URLs here:

The sites listed for accounts created prior to February 10th, 2016 will show the pre-migration URLs and the sites listed for accounts created after February 10th, 2016 will show the post-migration URLs.
