We noticed machines are not updating with latest Cisco AMP Tetra definitions as on today.
Last definition was updated on 28th dec and version is 79287, we see there is definitions released on 6th dec (79376) and they are not updating on any of the machines and see below error.
Update failed because of a network timeout. Check your network, firewall or proxy settings to verify connectivity between endpoints and the update server. Contact Cisco support if the issue persists.
Any recommendations on how to resolve this issue.

This issue was resolved this morning. Additional resources have been allocated to assist the update process to complete as soon as possible.

We still face this issue in our environment, do we have any specific steps to remediate this quickly.

Shouldn't need to do anything. From the load on our servers, it looks like most endpoints are caught up.
