Cisco Secure Endpoint upgrade failure

Hello, I'm trying to upgrade Cisco Secure Endpoint from version 7.5.3.20938 to version 8.4.2.30317 by running the amp_Protect.exe file (I've tried running it as Administrator also). The upgrade starts but suddenly stops with the message "A driver error caused the upgrade to fail. Secure Endpoint has restarted successfully and this computer is currently protected."

In the log the last line shows: "checkupdaterequired [ImmunetUtilDriver.sys] [C:\Users\DGONZA~1\AppData\Local\Temp\AMP.Installer\{82370A54-0040-8237-81C822BE-5DBF44FDCFDD1AC2}\newDrivers\ImmunetUtilDriver.sys]"

And after some seconds two toast messages show up saying: "An important Cisco Secure Endpoint driver failed to load (ImmunetProtect). Please try to reboot your computer to solve this problem." and  "An important Cisco Secure Endpoint driver failed to load (ImmunetSelfProtect). Please try to reboot your computer to solve this problem."

So, these errors reffer to three drivers: ImmunetUtilDriver.sys, ImmunetProtect.sys and ImmunetSelfProtect.sys, but what could be exactly the problem? Should I get them before from somewhere else? Or copy them from onw place to the other?

I will appreciate your help.

Thanks.

I suggest opening a TAC case for assistance because additional information will be required to troubleshoot and resolve this issue and posting it on a forum is not ideal due to privacy concerns.

Thanks,
