Cisco used to provide their verdicts on files they found were clean or malicious, within Cisco Secure Endpoint. However, today I noticed that I could not get the verdict to load for any of the files. I get this constant loading symbol that never loads. And this occurs on any file that's checked across the platform.
Noticing some other weird issues as well with Secure Endpoint so wondering if something is going on in the backend that's causing this issue. Anyone else experiencing this? Tested this on a different PC/browser/network and still the same issue.

Hey Javier,
You didn't specify where you were viewing the verdict so I had to guess but I checked File Trajectory and the events page and can see it loading the verdict.
If you're still not seeing it could you provide more information please?
Thanks,
-Matt

Hi Matthew. Thanks for the response. I know I mentioned "verdict" but really I meant the "File Deposition" is what never loads up within Cisco Secure Endpoint. I believe verdict is within the Cisco XDR platform, which our environment does not have. Previously, Secure Endpoint would show you a file deposition when clicking on the hash and it would either label the file "Clean", "Malicious" or "Unknown". Now for any file, it just shows the loading symbol and never reveals the deposition. Here is the documentation within Cisco Secure Endpoint that discusses the feature. I appreciate any help you can provide.
