Hello,
I have a customer that needs to renew their AMP4E solutions. The SKU they are using has reach EOL and cant be renewed. They need to move to a new SKU. What does the renewal process look like? Is there a specific migration SKU? Does the customer keep the current installation with AMP4E so that the Dashboard remains untouched? The renewal would need to be seemless.
The customer is using FP-AMP-LIC= (SUB SKU FP-AMP-3Y-S2) and is recommended to renew to AMP4E-SEC-SUB.
I´ve found the EoL document but no details on what to do.
Please advice.
