Uninstall the old connector

Hi,

I'm trying to install Cisco Secure Endpoint 8.4 version however I get message that "Upgrading from Secure Endpoint connector versions prior to 6.3.1 is not supported. Uninstall the old connector then install the new version."

All related folders in Program Files / Program Data have been removed.

As well Registry entries for 5.8 version

Any Idea?

Is there is a command to remove everything from the machine related to Cisco Secure Endpoint or specific path in registry?

There are likely some registry entries still lingering. TAC has some scripts they can provide to help remove those, so please open a case.
