Hi All
I have been using the tool for years now, and suddenly i ran into this problems:
In windows services, the "finditserver" is listet, but cant be started.
Anyone??

Hi Michael,
Can I get you to contact the support center (https://cisco.com/go/sbsc) and log a case for this. It sounds like we'll need to have an engineer troubleshoot the problem.

Please install the latest version:
https://software.cisco.com/download/home/286311274/type/283453334/release/2.0.5
The following improvements have been added:
• Updates to maintain interoperability with Cisco software and support services
• Fixes a problem discovering devices when running on Microsoft Windows
• The FindIT extension for the Apple Safari web browser is no longer available
