finditmgr recoverpassword tool resets the password for the cisco account to the default of cisco, or, if the cisco account has been removed, it will recreate the account with the default password. So, in both case username and password ‘cisco’ should work. Did you tried different browser after clearing the cache and history, stored password (if any)?
