Hi, I would like to know if this is possible to configure multiple public IP's to single private address using ASA 5515? Please advise. If yes, please let me know how to configure it the easiest way

As per my understanding, that is possible. You can have multiple Public IP NAT to a Single Private IP. This works fine for incoming traffic. But when traffic going out it will always hit the first NAT rule and use that one.
nat (inside,outside) source static WEB-SERVER WEB-SERVER_PUBLIC_01
nat (inside,outside) source static WEB-SERVER WEB-SERVER_PUBLIC_02
nat (inside,outside) source static WEB-SERVER WEB-SERVER_PUBLIC_03
You got my point. You can also add Services to use particular IP for a particular service.
nat (inside,outside) source static WEB-SERVER WEB-SERVER_PUBLIC service TCP80 TCP8080
I hope this answers your question.
