Hello, we had a similar problem (https://supportforums.cisco.com/thread/2148408) before, and it was solved.

But since a couple of weeks people are complaining  about disconnections of the RDP sessions, even if they are working, so  is not a timeout settings or something like that. So far we could onlyreproduced  this issue on Windows 7 and 8.  In windows 7 worked fine for several  months, so I guess that perhaps it is  something related to a windows  update. But I cand find anything on the web yest. Windows XP works fine

ASA:  9.0(1)

RDP Pluging: rdp_09.11.2012.jar  (last one)

Thanks in advance

Has something changed on the ASA? OS version? Plugin version?

Does it happen on every platform no matter the web browser being used?

When it disconnects, does it give you any error message?

Is the RDP plugin the only one that is giving you headaches?

What do the affected users have in common besides the OS they run in their PCs?

Sorry, is note the answer, I click on that  by mistake.

Nothing has change in ASA, I think is a issue on Windows 7 or later, with some specific update/patch, but I am not sure which one.

Thanks

Can you review the "Even Viewer" for logs related to the event?

Do you get an error? if so, what is it?

Can you try a different RDP plugin version?

Were you able to isolate the thing all the users have in common and that might be causing the problem?

Can you try to answer the past questions? I know it's boring, but they might help.

I have a similar issue with the Cisco SSL clientless VPN and Windows 8.  All of my Windows 7 and Windows XP machines can connected and RDP fine, but Windows 8 maches disconnect (wired and wireless) regulardly using the ActiveX RDP client.  The Java client works find from Windows 8 (but is slower) so I know it's not a connection issue.  All of my clients are the most current, and my OS is 9.1.(2) which is also most current, but happened on 8.4(x) as well.  Again, this seems to only be Windows 8 machines.

Would like to have an answer for this.
