Static NAT with pot forwardinfg ASA 9.5

We have a single public ip adddress which someone has used to do a Static Auto-NAT to single host inside 

Now how do i modify the same rule in ASDM to allow to a group of ports , three disparate ports  Static to same host ...so i can use same public IP for other hosts...i can see only option of single port mapping in Object or NAT rule in GUI  

I dont have CLI access

Since you do not have Access to cli to suggest Cli config here. Using ASDM it is hard to type whole solution.

Cisco have similar example  for you to understand and tweak as per your requirement.

make sure you take backup of config before you do any modification, do all changes in change window, so if any service breaks you can restore old version of config to restore services.
