Video confrencing being dropped on ASA

  Hi All

I am havingf an issue with my firewall in Peterborough trying to use a video conference suystem to my sites in Germany.

up to a couple of weeks ago it was working fine. Then all of a sudden everytime we were trying to dial to Germany the call

kept dropping out every 30 seconds. I had a the people who look after our video conferncing equipment have a look.

They believe that the firewall is dropping the connection and have put it down to packet inspection.

I have attached the logs for all to see

Please could some one help

Hi James,

So if I understand this correctly, call connects, two way audio works but call drops after 30 seconds. If that is the case, please post show tech from ASA (along with IP addresses involved), brief topology and captures for the call while it gets established till the instant when it drops. Captures would be needed on ingress and egress interface of ASA. Here is the procedure to do it:
