Hey,
I have an incident, some endpoint are no longer profiled, they are profieled as *Unknown* and the user get the autorization of the machine, knowing that it had worked before.
How can I fix this problem please.

As Damien suggested, Check the attributes coming from the endpoint.
Also, another place to verify is to check the profiling policy . you can check which attribute should be matched to profile the endpoint in that category.
