as the title said, i am trying to get the cisco IOs IR800 to boots in rommon2 with SCP , FTP but with no success, so if someone can send me the IOS i would be happy.

If you have a valid Service Contract, the file can be found HERE. Copywrite infringement maybe "acceptable" in some countries, but I would not do that here.
