Hi,
Has anyone with a mixed unix/windows environment gone through the upgrade procedure to T6?
We have an installation currently keying against AD for the client logins. Upgrading means linking the ClientManager which will be run on solaris to our Windows AD controllers. To date we have no other unix apps which do this. I'm interested to see if anyone else has been through this successfully.
Cheers

I know I'm late to the party but we're actually in the process of doing up the documentation to upgrade from v5.3.1.373 for v6.x within the 2012 calendar year. If you want to share emails we can share info back and forth.
We're running v5.3.1.373 windows master with an SQL backend and numerous windows/unix agents.
We're actually planning on also moving to 64bit from 32bit. We have 4 environments from DEV to PROD.
Let me know.

Hi,
You have to go 64 bit. The client manager demands it. Its a bit of a beast. Pretty much doesn't run in less than 8Gb RAM.
Cheers.
