Add comment programmatically

Hi.

Is there a way to add comments programmatically?

I could have CA Service Desk run the addComment webservice but I´d rather solve this internally.

I´m sending a webservice request to CA Service Desk and want to add a response string to "User Comments".

Can you add the add-comments message using the inbound response transformation? I think this will add it to the "System History" though, rather than "User Comments".
