Hello christopher,

As you mentioned earlier for IA for Cloud & IA for cloud starter TAPs....and also some other few adapters for CCP 9.3.1 ...where i can find them...

The TAPs are IA for Cloud and IA for Cloud starter

The cloud portal adapters REX adapter 9.1 and also Catalog and Portlets 9.3...

where i can find those requrements...on site...??

They come with CPO , please read the guide (IAC_StarterEdition_ConfigurationGuide.pdf)

portlets and other portal stuff->

page 56 of the guide

All of those things are imported from the TAPs.
