Hi All,
Recently we have upgraded our password length parameter in SAP from 7 characters to 8 characters.
Now we are facing this issue when we are trying to connect SAP Adapter. We tried changing the password from 7 to 8 character(with out any special characters) in SAP for the Runtime user, the same is maintained in TIDAL.
But we are facing below error when we are trying to connect the SAP Adpater:
"
SapService:({51C57049-3215-44b7-ABE1-C012FF786010}) Failed to connect with error SAPLogonEx failure connecting to SAP instance QSB/100. Password logon no longer possible - too many failed attempts."
"

Hi Swaroop,
Is it possible that you changed the password in SAP while the adapter was still enabled? The adapter has tried with the old password too many times (before you changed it in TES) and has locked out the user in SAP?

Alastair

Hi Alastair,
We did disable and then tried reseting the password.
We even try using a new user aswell but it still the same.

Swaroop
